Coping with the extended wait

Matisse has been OBSESSED with the crib.  I found him staring at it earlier today so I finally gave in and let him see what it was all about.  I may regret this since I had to drag him out and after I did he sat in the room with his snout pressed between the bars wanting to get back in.  Hmmmm, I would not be  surprised if I came home and found him snoozing away in there.  To my knowledge he has never seen a crib before so I have no idea how he figured out that it is just another place for him to potentially lounge.  Ahem, yes, again proof that my poodle is brilliant.

BTW:  yes, I know the crib needs a mattress.  We have time.  I am still working on the crib skirt also.
